For the past six months or so, I’ve not posted a blog. My actions were not to escape the harsh winter as a groundhog would do, but instead to spend concentrated and focused time to search for information that, when used and applied, would be of extreme value in helping you to slow the MS process down, stop it, and turn your life around.
Now that I have surfaced, I see no shadow and, consistent with folklore, will usher in a “spring” of information that enables you to free yourself of unwanted symptoms such as brain fog, balance problems, and bowel & bladder issues.
Based on my extensive reading, this planet earth has a rhythm and so does your body. Aligning your body’s rhythm with earth’s rhythm benefits you tremendously. The rhythm of your body is called “CIRCADIAN RHYTHM”.
If you already know about circadian rhythm, I wont post information on it. However, there’s lots to talk about. So, let me know if you want to hear what I believe will be valuable to you. Simply post a YES or NO if you want to hear about your circadian rhythm and the role it plays in your health.
